Leasing Executive - Male You will Work with property owners to find good tenants for their properties. Find clients and determine their needs
and wants for the property, as well as their economic viability. Work with photographers to take pictures of the
property or may take the pictures themselves. Showing properties to potential lessees, setting up open houses and
advertising properties for lease. Knowledgeable of the property market and can answer questions and concerns
about things like school districts, zoning. expansion and others. Requires great selling skills as they are essentially
trying to market the spaces they show. Once an applicant has been accepted, it is time to sign the lease and hand
over any necessary deposits or move-in fees. Clarifying what each line of the lease means so renters know what
kind of agreement they are entering. Collect security deposits and other fees required. Perform a complete walk-through of the property, will bring along a checklist and carefully inspect every inch of the space to check for wear,
tear, and damage – making notes of all these concerns and do the needful as required. Advertise vacant /available
properties on community forums, real estate websites and other online resources to attract prospective tenants.
Making sure the public knows it's open and ready for leasing. Spend time writing rich descriptions that make people
want to visit.
1- Support the entire Retail Leasing process
2- Search for new brands to promote the property department.
3- Conduct branch visits to ensure tenants compliance to UC s Policies and
guidelines
4- Negotiate rents with tenants if required, in coordination with Leasing
Manager
5- Draft Letters of Intent, Memorandum of Understanding, Initial Lease
Approval Forms, amendments, and other documents.
6- Print Leasing Offers and Lease Agreements
7- Prepare related documents required to provide tenants services
8- Monitor the documentation process and ensures that all is completed
9- Follow-up with internal and external parties on the status of all
documents/agreements
10- Follow up and collect payment and signed Lease Agreements.
11- Entry of payments to the JDE system, using RERA Ejari system with
updating
12- Evaluate, analyze and update, in coordination with the Leasing Manager
the information concerning shops/units leasing charges
13- Responds to leasing enquires (walk- in, telephonic etc.)
14- Receive and document complaints raised by tenants, and the taken
actions to resolve them.
15- Support Leasing Manager on preparation of reports (Tenant Mix, Rent
Roll, etc.) related to Leasing Strategy
16- Communicate issues to Management, plan corrective actions as needed.
17- Maintain an accurate and updated database of tenants, contracts etc. and
Report to manager concerning sections contract expiry due dates in a
prior basis
18- Support the leasing section and properties department in all matters.
19- Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent on various portals
20- Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property
legislation.
21- Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
22- Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads
23- Negotiating offers and contract negotiation24- Maintain regular contact with all clients
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
from a recognized
University.
Experience:
Minimum 1 Year experience
in a similar position.
